Thursday 19th March 2020 - Lancaster University  Engineering Building C Floor Breakout Space.

The AGM will review the events held and contributed to over the last year, elect positions for the next year, as well as discuss strategy for the next year. 

Whilst all roles will be open for discussion, the following committee members have indicated a desire for the following:

• Dean Grierson to step down as chairperson in favour of Cameron Wood. Dean to take up secretary position;

• Cameron Wood to step down as secretary in favour of Dean Grierson. Cameron to take up chairperson position;

• Karen Ma to stay on as treasurer;

• Victor Amaechi to stay on as secretary;

• Naeem Khan to step down as vice chairperson and take up position of website officer;

• Ryan Skeats to step down as publicity officer.

The following roles are therefore sought after:

• Publicity officer;
• Vice chairperson;
• Vice treasurer;
• Vice secretary;

We're always looking for volunteers so, even if you can't commit to a position, come along and add to the discussion! Your views can have a real impact on the panel's future!

The event will be catered with pizza for attendees, with alternatives available upon request. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
