Tour of the Train Modernisation facility at 17:00

Technical lecture at 18:30

If booked on the tour, please aim to arrive on site by 16:45 and bring appropriate safety shoes. Visitors without safety shoes will not be permitted to join the tour.

Safety shoes are not required by those only attending the lecture.

Directions : If coming by car, from the M62 Junction 6, head south on the A5300 Knowsley Expressway. At the junction with the A562, head straight across the roundabout onto Lovels Way. From the M56 head North over either Mersey bridge crossing to get onto the A562 Speke Road. At the junction with the A5300 turn left onto Lovels Way. Please note that the nearest railway station is Hough Green which is about 2 to 3 miles away; Runcorn station is further away and is a relatively long taxi journey.
