Cheers to Careers (Previously Careers Beers) is aimed to be a laid back networking opportunity for students to meet graduates and employers of local companies looking to hire engineering interns and graduates. Great opportunity to meet people face to face, learn a bit more about the schemes offered and the application process. The event is also a social event and great to meet engineers and students in the area and we encourage everyone interested to come along.

IMECHE Glasgow young members panel are hosting a Diversity in Engineering Event. Our panel of young people believe diversity is important and with this event aims to encourage learning from each others experience and celebrate those typically unrepresented within engineering.

Babcock are holding a Mock Assessment Centre for IMechE Glasgow, this will be held online on 10th, 11th and 12th Jan from 18:00 to 20:00 and consist of and interactive assessment center similar to that you would expect when applying a role with Babcock. The event will be iterative and involve presentations, activities, Q&A and individual feedback.
There are 5 space per day to allow for personal feedback, if interested please only book one spot on one day.
