Jon Newton is Scottish Rail Holding's Head of New Fleet Procurement. Previously he managed the design, review and acceptance of the Mark 5 Caledonian Sleeper fleet. He has also been actively involved in the procurement of trains for the Elizabeth Line and the E-Voyager Class 220/1 conversion project
