Andy Roberts will present on the challenge of operating the Caledonian Sleeper's MKV fleet whilst ensuring adequate risk management was applied to the fleet and how Risk management principles were applied to justify an acceptable risk profile. It will also discuss long term and interim solutions for vehicles where coach cracking has presented.

Andy Roberts has had various roles with Caledonian Sleeper in his six years there and is now its Fleet Assurance and Integration Lead. He has also had multiple roles within the rail industry including in multiple new build rolling stock projects as well as existing rolling stock refurbishments.
