Recovery following a major event always creates challenges and complexity way above normal operation and, in many cases, requires specialist support from experts with experience of managing recovery projects of this type.

In this webinar, we will discuss what standard practices of running a high hazard site would look like against a case study outlining the processes that were needed to successfully: procure a suitable supplier, prepare for, and the removal of damaged equipment whilst working in a live refinery, not forgetting the impact on the operating team whilst working to a demanding timescale.
