Ricardo Shoreham Technical Centre
The Ricardo technical visit is aimed at young members in the Sussex and Surrey region to help them understand what it's like working for one of the top engineering recruiters in the country. The technical visit will consist of a tour of the Shoreham technical centre, a graduates presentation on what it's like working at Ricardo, followed by a Q&A. Spaces are limited so please RSVP before the 3rd May.

The Sussex and Surrey Young Member Panel is proud to present the Race for Bloodhound Go-Karting fundraiser. For those of you not familiar, Bloodhound SSC is Richard Noble's next attempt to break land speed records, this time trying to reach over 1000mph in a land vehicle.
Sponsored by the IMechE, the aim of the event is to gain as many donations as possible, which the IMechE will then match and put toward helping Bloodhound breaking the land speed record.

Houses of Parliament
PALACE OF WESTMINSTER TOUR
Join the Sussex and Surrey Young Members on a tour of Parliament to watch laws being made and debates in both Houses.
The tour of Parliament will take about 75 minutes and will see the key areas of the estate, such as the Commons and Lords debating chambers and the Queen’s Robing Room.
