The purpose of this event is to:

Raise the profile of the railway industry amongst young mechanical & electrical engineers.

Build links with railway engineering employers, Universities and the engineering institutions.

Demonstrate that railway engineering is a growth industry that can provide excellent long term prospects and a satisfying career.

Provide an interesting and topical insight into the scale and variety of the engineering challenges that the rail industry offers through a prestige lecture.

This is a joint event with IMechE Railway Division.
