The i-act course maintains a strong pro-active focus looking at how we might improve wellbeing in order to help build resilience and keep well. The i-act course gives participants a good understanding of mental health and wellbeing issues and issues which may affect someone's mental health and wellbeing. It will teach participants, signs, symptoms, what to look out for and when they should intervene.

The Region's Annual Dinner in the usual prestigious surroundings of Cardiff City Hall.
This year we will be joined by Mike Bubbins. Mike is an ex-teacher who has turned his hand to broadcasting. He has recently been starring in the BBC comedy "The Tourist Trap" and "The Unexplainers".
Mike has been touring the local stand up scene for many years and has participated in the Machynlleth Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
