Festomane is the name of Stroud's
Festival of Manufacturing and Engineering.
Gloucester Area IMechE have provided support to the 2012, 13, 14 festivals:
- Stands on exhibition days.
- Liaison with IMechE contacts to support events.
- Stand at Supplier Development conference.
- Evening technical lecture event.
- Organising committee.

The Oxford Brookes car from the
IMechE Formula Student competition was at the 2013 exhibition day. In the driver's seat is Neil Carmichael MP, the Member of Parliament for Stroud; Neil initiated the Festomane.
