Over the past five years, Jaguar Land Rover had doubled sales and more than tripled its turnover. This significant achievement has been delivered through the expansion of its vehicle ranges and manufacturing footprint. With over 50 product actions planned over the next five years, the company is having to drive substantial efficiencies in the product development process. This lecture will examine that process and efforts to maintain the relentless pace of launching new models and introducing innovative technologies.
