The Battle down brewery is Cheltenham’s oldest working brewery. Working from completly refurbished old premises in a quite backwater of Cheltenham, Battledown Brewery operates a 8-barrel traditional timber-clad brew-plant built to our own specifications using hot liquor tun, mash tun, kettle (or copper), valentine under-back, two closed top fermenters and three conditioning tanks.

The tour includes the “Whats, whys and hows of brewing”, the history of the brewery and beer, some good food, beers to sample and your own Battledown pint glass to take away.

All are welcome but Booking is essential. £12 pp, Please pay on the night.
