Description
Anthea Dolman-Gair of Network Rail, explains the problems and innovative solutions for integrating modern technology into Victorian infrastructure. Specifically how the Severn Tunnel, built in the Victorian Age for steam locomotives, has been updated to provide electrical power supply for the modern new trains.
The event will also demonstrate the exciting future, and career opportunities, the railway holds for engineering graduates.
