In his talk, Ray Makin (Chairman, Atelier MB) will discuss all aspects of conservation based design on Listed Buildings and within Conservation Areas. An overview of current legislation will be given along with what it means to the design team and the client. Ray will also talk through some worked examples of how such challenges have been approached in the past.
