The first part of the workshop combines academic and Industry presentations/demonstrations. The outcome of the research, funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), has resulted in a 50% increase in capability for Airbus, without any increase in headcount! Airbus will demonstrate how this was achieved in their business.

The second part of the workshop is for delegates to present their short, medium and long-term challenges facing their industry/company. These interactive presentations will be used to identify solutions and provide examples of best practice. The outputs from the workshop will be used to ensure the research we undertake is relevant to meet the current and future challenges of industry.
