 📝 Event Overview:

Join us for the Western Region Christmas Lecture, where Stephen Carver, renowned lecturer at Cranfield University, will deliver a fascinating talk on "The Shuttle Case." This lecture explores the tragic space shuttle disasters of Challenger (1986) and Columbia (2003) – both avoidable accidents that were predicted by engineers but overlooked by management.
