Talk: 
East Coast Railway Signalling Upgrade.

 

The East Coast Digital Programme (ECDP) and Introduction of European Train Control   System (ETCS). The ECDP will use digital technology to create a more dynamic, more reliable, and more flexible East Coast Mainline.

 

Synopsis:   Overall, the ECDP remit is to find ways to improve the operational efficiency and sustainability in delivering a coherent transport service for all, ensuring safe and economical railway systems throughout the UK and Europe with collaboration and expertise across the sector.
