Description

Join us for an engaging panel event examining the role of hydrogen in enabling decarbonisation and supporting long-term economic growth. The event will explore how hydrogen technologies are contributing to the UK’s net zero ambitions, with a particular focus on regional developments and innovation across Bristol and Bath.

Hosted in collaboration with the IMechE Hydrogen Technologies Working Group, the session brings together experts from industry and academia to share insights on current challenges, opportunities, and future directions for hydrogen technologies.

The expert panel includes:

  • Dr Michael Sims - Equisera

  • Professor Mi Tian - UK-HyRes

  • Jonathan White - Apollo

  • Dr Yura Sevenco - DNV

  • Dr Jemma Rowlandson - University of Bristol

The event will feature panel talks, a live Q&A session, and networking opportunities, allowing attendees to engage directly with speakers and connect with others working or studying in the hydrogen and sustainable engineering space.

The event is free to attend, but please register.

The event is open to both IMechE members and non-members, and all students and professionals with an interest in hydrogen, net zero, and sustainable engineering are welcome.
