IMechE Automobile Division Yorkshire Centre is excited to offer this visit to the Trolleybus Museum at Sandtoft. Founded in 1969 on part of a former wartime RAF station, to house, restore and run trolleybuses when they were fast disappearing from Britain’s streets, the Trolleybus Museum has grown from a handful of vehicles and now has over 50 – the largest collection of preserved trolleybuses in the world.

This event will include a tour of the exhibits, technical discussions and feature a trolleybus in operation for rides.

Attendees are asked to arrive from 6:00pm for light refreshments and a prompt start at 6:30pm.
