Stage Fright Mini-Masterclass

This workshop was held on Thursday 6th February 2014, it was designed to help overcome stage fright and to develop the emotional strength and technical skills to enable successful imparting of appropriate knowledge in a compelling way.  The session was highly interactive and attendees had lots of opportunity to practise their technique.
During this seminar attendees learnt how to control their nerves, have more self belief and actually look forward to giving talks.  It covered structuring a talk, ways to remember key points, powerful openings and memorable closing lines.

The workshop was be set in an atmosphere of trust and respect and covered:

   *    Presentations fundamentals
   *    Overcoming nerves
   *    Why we are better than we think we are
   *    Transferring knowledge with clarity
   *    Structure, innovation, impact
   *    Handling Questions from the floor
   *    Making routine passages come alive
   *    Expanding our Communication Zone

The workshop was delivered by Dr Martin Haigh from award-winning training company Lattitude7.  Martin is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the IMechE.  Martin delivers personal development, team training and process improvement initiatives.
