University Of Bolton RAK Academic Centre is initiating to organize one of the recognized IMechE Design Challenge Event(Design Challenge 2017) for undergraduates in University Of Bolton RAK Campus  in next month.(27^th  April 2017)

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers Design Challenge is aimed at the first year undergraduates  to expose them to the ‘real world’ of engineering. It was set up to address the issue that many businesses face; hiring graduates with theoretical knowledge but limited practical experience.

The competition comprises of four main elements:

• Design, make, test

• Presentation

• Peer review

• Poster
