ABAQUS is Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software used by Engineers to solve problems using numerical solution. The event is aimed at Mechanical Engineering Year 3 and Year 4 students. The event is open to other students who are interested to learn ABAQUS. The workshop would aim to introduce the GUI, meshing, boundary, and loading conditions. The workshop would also contain exercises based on plastic deformation and how to analyze and report the results.
