The problems of delay and disruption are almost inevitable to most of the construction projects. Apart from how to mitigate their impact to the project, addressing the time and cost implication arising from the delay and disruption properly according to the terms and conditions of a contract is also crucial to the success of project and contract management. 

In this talk, Sr Eric Ting will discuss the common construction claims arising from the delay and disruption. He will also share some of his experience in handling construction claims in E&M Projects
