During this technical visit to ATAL Tower, a newly constructed headquarters, you will explore innovative engineering solutions. The journey begins at the entrance with smart visitor systems and biometric authentication. Interactive booths will showcase industry technologies, digital twins, IoT, and smart infrastructure. Live demos will highlight advanced HVAC systems, lighting, and sensor controls. The rooftop tour offers a view of sustainable innovations like walkable solar panels, water-cooled air-cooled oil free chillers, and automatic tube cleaning systems. A presentation will cover AI for building management and security, including energy optimization and fault diagnostics. Additionally, a session on chilled beam technology will explore its energy efficiency and real-world applications in Hong Kong’s climate.
