IMechE Engineering Heritage Awards celebrate the contribution of mechanical engineering to our past and present. Recognising irreplaceable artefacts from hovercraft to sewage works, railway lines to bombers, the awards raise public awareness of the vital role mechanical engineering plays in modern life.
