Join our IMechE President, Mr. Matt Garside, and your engineering colleagues for dinner at the RACV City Club. It has been a while since we last hosted a Presidential visit, so please take this opportunity to come along and hear what Matt has to say about the outlook for IMechE.

Date: Wednesday, 5th of November 2025
Time: 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm (AEDT)
Cost: $75 per person for a two-course meal and wine
Notes:
1. Partners are most welcome.

2. Closing date of booking your place is extended to 5:00pm, 28th of October.

3. Main selection:
i. Beef tenderloin – pumpkin and potato gratin, textures of mushroom, herb crumbed bone marrow, red wine jus (no gluten in recipe)
ii. Seared free range chicken - potato rosti, sweet corn puree, green beans, prosciutto, jus (no gluten in recipe, contains port)

4. Dessert selection:
i. Pavlova - exotic coulis, almond streusel, white chocolate cream (no gluten in recipe)
ii. Basque cheesecake - cheesecake, berry compote, mascarpone cream (no gluten in recipe)

5. The meal will be alternate servings of each main and each dessert.

6. For any special dietaries, please confirm in "Dietary Requirements" via the booking system.

7. For the RACV car parking, guests attending this dinner event could be offered a discounted rate of $10 per car. Please email vivian.cheng@member.imeche.org by the 31st of October if you need one.
