Welcome to the New South Wales Panel

The NSW Panel works closely with Engineers Australia, ASME and IChemE to deliver technical presentations to our members. These are presented on the third Thursday of each month except December and January. These events contribute to your continuing professional development. They are also of great interest.

The Sydney Mechanical Chapter represents these institutions. A previous chairman of IMechE NSW ( Mr Geoffrey D Stone) nows chairs the SMC.

The events are held at 6pm for 6.30pm at the Harricks Auditorium Ground Floor 8 Thomas St Chatswood NSW 2067. The train station is nearby. There is also street parking nearby whilst construction works progress next door. Parking can be held a short walk to the west in Centennial Ave..

There is a mutual recognition agreement with Engineers Australia whereby you are entitled to any event hosted by EA. This includes any discounts offered to their members.
