*Corporate (voting) Members (including existing Committee Members) who wish to attend the “Face-To-Face” event MUST register please.
* If any member cannot attend the meeting, then they can email their proxy vote to the Chairman at bigkogi@googlemail.com
* As per the Branch Constitution, all members of the branch are very welcome to attend the AGM but only Corporate Members are entitled to vote.  
* Registrations will close on 20th March 2023 to enable confirmation of the numbers of attendees for catering purposes.

Voting
Voting at the AGM will be by virtual means.  All Corporate Members attending in person or virtually and who have registered will be provided with a link to enable them to vote.
