1. Each entrant must be a student affiliate or associate member
2. Applicant must submit abstract on his/her topic within 200 words 
3. Topic has to be related with any technical field 
4. Top eight (8) will be selected for final presentation 
5. Finalists will be contacted through email & phone
6. Each selected participant will get maximum 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes are allotted for questions by judge panel
